When the differential pressure of inlet and outlet reaches the pre-set value, the filter will start the cleaning process. The whole self-cleaning process includes two steps: 1. Turn on the drain valve which is on the filter top cover. 2. Two stainless steel brushes inside the filter mesh start to rotate which are driven by motor. The impurities captured by filter mesh are brushed by steel brush and discharged from drain outlet. The whole cleaning process takes about 15-60 seconds. During this time, the filtration system doesn’t interrupt the water supply and the whole operation process is controlled by a control box.

Uninterrupted water supply: the water consumption of cleaning is very few, which is less than 5% of the total flow. The cleaning time is about 2~15 seconds. When it is cleaning and discharging, water supply is uninterrupted.
High filtering accuracy: filtering accuracy can reach up to 20μm and there are all kinds of accuracy of filtering screen can be chosen.
Large filtering area: effective filtering area of standard screen is 7-40 times of inlet area.
Reliable cleaning: a variety of control modes can be selected, such as manual, differential pressure, time, PLC control, etc.
Simple and economical installation: varied structure forms, which are suitable for all kinds of site situation installation, without affecting the operating effect.
Long service life: normal life is more than 10 years. Filter screen is stainless steel, and it is convenient to change different size of filter screen according to the requirement.
